How do you respond to the four body signals that are too high?

Uric acid is the ultimate product of human metabolism. Under normal conditions, the urine is excreted through kidneys. But when there is too much or less excretion, the concentration of urine in blood increases, and a number of problems can arise. Here are four alert body signals to help you find out early, to manage science.

Signal 1: Acute redness, burning of the first toe joint.

Representation:
It happens all the time at night, and there's a clear red, swollen, heated, intense pain in touching or under pressure, and it can't even be covered.

Reason:
When blood urea is oversaturated (about 420 μmol/L), the urea is distilled with tiny crystals. These crystals are deposited on the muscular and muscular cords, which are identified by the immune system as "others" and trigger an acute inflammation response. The lower temperature of big toes and the slower blood cycle is one of the easiest areas to sink.

Response recommendation:

An acute period of rest to lift up the limbs and avoid heavy weight.

A cold towel can be used for cold dressing (no heat dressing, which increases inflammation).

As soon as possible, doctors may use anti-inflammatory drugs according to the circumstances.

Do not take urea acids on its own, and an acute urea acid drop may prolong the onset.

Signal 2: Surgeon of ankles, knees and other joints.

Representation:
In addition to large toes, single or altercated gills and pain may occur on the back, ankle, heel and even knees, and movement is restricted.

Reason:
Ulysic acid crystals can be deposited in any joint in a slide film, scythe or muscular. As blood urea levels continue to rise, the reach of the crystal "spread" increases. Blood ureal acid can be rapidly transmitted and induced to develop if there is a recent ingestion of high-eating foods (e.g. seafood, animal internals, strong meat soup), drink (especially beer and liquor) or drink a large quantity of sugared drinks.

Response recommendation:

We're looking at the following:

The daily drinking should reach more than 2000ml (a normal kidney function) and be good with white or light tea.

To avoid long periods of cooling of joints and to keep your feet warm at night.

Signal 3: "Breathuric acid rise" in the medical report.

Representation:
You do not have any inappropriate joints, but blood tests indicate that blood urea is above normal (men > 420 mmol/L, women > 360 mmol/L).

Reason:
High urea acid haematoemia is less than an acute arthritis. About two thirds of those with high urea acid do not end up with symptoms called `no disease high urea acid'. However, persistent high-urea acid can still damage the body quietly: the urea crystal may be deposited in the kidneys (forming crystals or stones) or may accelerate the vascular internal function disorder.

Response recommendation:

Don't lose sight of it, but don't panic. We'll start with lifestyle intervention.

In addition to this, there is a need to reduce the amount of food available for food, which is limited to high levels of food: the reduction of animals' internal organs, bee-like seafood, strong meat soup, and hot soup.

嚴格限酒:男性酒精攝入量建議<25g/天(約啤酒750ml或白酒50ml),女性減半。

Controls the ingestion of sugar: Reduces sugar, juice, desserts, as sugar promotes internal urine production.

Rechecking blood urea every 3-6 months.

Signal 4: Increased or unusual urine at night

Representation:
There has been a marked increase (over two times) in the number of urinationes in the night, where there is a low-intensity, non-dispersible foam in the urine, or an occasional acoustic acid, which is inappropriate for the urine.

Reason:
About 20 to 40% of those with high ureaemia suffer from kidney damage. Uric acid crystal deposits in kidneys or condensers, leading to `high urea acid kidneys'. Early performance is often a decline in condensation, i.e., an increase in night urine. Foam urine may indicate a small amount of protein urine, which means that the renal ball filter is affected.

Response recommendation:

The signal is very serious and recommends that the usual urine, kidney function (blood acetic anhydride, urea nitrogen) and kidney ultrasound as soon as possible.

Do not hold the urine, and keep the daily water in sufficient quantities to dilute the crystal strength of the urine.

To avoid high salt and reduce kidney burden.

If a drug is required to reduce urea acid, a drug that has a small effect on the kidney should be selected at the doctor ' s direction (if it is not a bursette or abdominal, the dose should be adjusted according to the kidney function).

General: Scientific management of the three cores of urine acid

1.Water is the most basic measure.
Ensuring daily urine levels above 2000ml is an effective contribution to urinary acid excretion. It is suggested that the water be divided and shared rather than waiting for thirst.

2.Eating is more important than "closure."
There is no need not to eat meat at all, but to avoid "grabbing" food. Red meat is limited (the daily palm size), with eggs and low-fat milk products preferred as a protein source. In vegetables, including mushrooms and spinach, the effect of thorium on blood ureal acid is minimal and there is no need to avoid it.

Weight and metabolic health are fundamental.
Reductions in weight by overweight or obese can significantly reduce blood urea. Avoiding rapid loss of weight (which results in ketone inhibition of urea acid excretion), a reduction of 2-4 kg per month is recommended. Meanwhile, the law and order campaign has helped to improve insulin resistance and to promote urinary acid excretion.

Product Recommendations: Healthy Hydrin capsules

Health is never a "wait and do" thing, but it is a habit that needs to be built slowly in everyday life. Every small option, from food and food to daily supplements, is the foundation for a more stable and comfortable state of life.

Carnation: This is a dietary supplement and cannot replace a drug.
